EWelcome to your internal Lighthouse training.

These courses will help you understand who we are, where we have come from and how we work, alongside the key responsibilities that help us create a safe, respectful and inclusive workplace.

You’ll learn about the history of the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity and how the organisation has developed, before exploring important areas that support you in your role and help protect you, your colleagues and the people we support.

Discover how the Charity began, the people and milestones that shaped it, and how it developed into the organisation it is today.

Get to know the organisation, what we do and the important information you need as a member of the Lighthouse team.

Understand your safeguarding responsibilities, what to look out for and what to do if you have a concern.

Understand how we can all contribute to an inclusive, fair and respectful working environment.

understand the importance of maintaining appropriate professional boundaries and how they help protect both you and the people we support.

Understand your responsibilities when handling personal information and why protecting people’s data matters.

Understand how to set up your workstation safely and identify any changes or support you may need.
